"2018 was a horrible, frustrating year for me with 2 failed hand ligament surgeries and a foot stress fracture that would not heal. I knew I had to take charge of my body so that the medical misery of 2018 would never be repeated. A girlfriend suggested Reshape and I started working with Morgan 3 months ago. Morgan is not only very knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness, but also an outstanding motivator for self-improvement.
